Nick Cave Plants Seeds for North American TourOn the heels of their new album, Dig, Lazarus, Dig!!!, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds have announced that they'll be coming to a North American city near you. The tour of the U.S. and Canada won't start until September, but such is life for the busy Australian rockers. Currently they're trecking across Europe through June. Then Cave, who acts and directs when he's not playing in bands, will jump on another festival tour with his side project Grinderman. If five months is too long to wait, The Bad Seeds have planned some things to keep you tied over. On May 12, their label, Mute, will release "More News From Nowhere," the next single from Lazarus. It will include the non-LP track "Fleeting Love." Then in June, they'll release a tiny book (4 inches square, to be exact) that documents the creation of the song "Dig, Lazarus, Dig!!!" and shares some insight on the sculpture that artists Sue Webster and Tim Noble crafted for the album's cover art. To make it a truly unique experience, a 3-inch CD containing the track will accompany the book. By the time you've taken in all of this, it should be September. Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds tour dates: 4.29: Paris, France @ Casino du Paris -Soikatron
