Noel Gallagher Vs. Jay-Z: Who's Better for Glastonbury?

Never at a loss for words, Oasis's Noel Gallagher is now blaming Jay-Z for poor ticket sales to England's Glastonbury Festival.  Both Oasis and Jay-Z are set to play the festival, but Gallagher isn't too thrilled with the mixing of genres.
